At this time we only ship to locations in the USA.
All orders are shipped using US Postal Service First Class service with package tracking.
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. However, please note, that most OPEN dental hygiene products are not returnable due to sanitary and health regulations - including all toothbrush products.
We can accept returns only on sealed packages which have not been opened. Items must be in their original boxes and missing no parts. Loose items cannot be returned. We suggest that if you are unsure about a product, buy a small quantity first to ensure that the product is satisfactory for your needs.
Returns of sealed unopened items in their original packaging can be made only within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and the initial shipping and handling costs. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from date of purchase.
If you would like to return an item please go to our Returns Page to request an RMA number. We will contact you after that with your RMA number and shipping instructions.
You returned items must be mailed within 5 days from the date we send you the RMA number, or the return will not be honored.
We strongly recommend that you return your package with tracking, and keep your proof of mailing. If a return gets lost due to lack of tracking, it will not be honored.
All Refunds are credited directly to your charge card (less shipping and handling). We will not refund shipping and handling charges on orders that are returned due to wrong address, insufficient address, or customer's failure to pick up their package (unclaimed packages).
Refunds will be issued immediately when we receive the returned merchandise.

If a product you purchase proves to be defective please notify us within 5 days from the date you receive the product to qualify for a 100% refund.
If you notify us within 5 days about the defective product we will also reimburse you for the return shipping charges provided the item is shipped using US Postal Service First Class mail with package tracking. We will not reimburse your shipping charges if you use a different type or form of shipping service.
